Canterbury-Choir-webThe St. James Episcopal Church Concert Series concludes its 2014-2015 season with a choral concert performed by the Canterbury Cathedral Choir of Men and Boys, conducted by the Cathedral Director of Music, Dr. David Flood. Canterbury Cathedral is the Mother Church of the worldwide Anglican Communion and is the seat of the Archbishop of Canterbury. Consisting of twenty boys and twelve men, this is the only Louisiana appearance on this tour of this world renowned choral group.

 

StjamessealThe concert will be presented in the nave of St. James Episcopal Church, located at 1620 Murray Street and Bolton Avenue in Alexandria on Wednesday, April 8th at 7:30pm. Through a generous grant from The McCormick-Smith Fund, Inc., admission to this concert is free and open to the public. Tickets are not required for admittance and the doors to the Church will open at 6:45pm.
