The festival-style event will feature live entertainment from Johnny Earthquake and the Moondogs, opening ceremonies, a cancer survivor celebration, food and activities for all ages. Donations made at the event benefit the American Cancer Society. The evening will conclude with fireworks over the river during a beautiful Luminaria Ceremony of Hope held to honor survivors and to remember loved ones lost to cancer. Hundreds of luminaria bags will be decorated and filled with candles to display during this special ceremony. Anyone can dedicate a luminaria for a $10 donation.
