Hosted by the Kisatchie Fly Fishers club, the 3rd-ever Cenla Fly Fishing & Light Tackle Festival is a celebration of fine fishing. Admission is free and open to the public. There are expert seminars on fly fishing, bass fishing, marsh fishing and kayak fishing. There’s also fly casting instruction, fly tying and lure making demonstrations, exhibitors, and much more. A lunch is available for a nominal charge. There’s also a raffle with net proceeds to benefit The Food Bank of Central Louisiana and the KFF club’s conservation projects.
