The Arts Council of Central Louisiana is proud to present the upcoming film, “The Retrieval,” one of the Southern Circuit Tour of Independent Filmmakers’ newest offerings. The story is a Civil War-era Western in which a fatherless boy is sent to find a wrongfully-convicted man. The film illuminates the unfolding of their relationship as they get to know each other during this journey. The film will be shown on Tuesday, April 15th at 7:00pm, at the Coughlin-Saunders Performing Arts Center. The fun will begin at 6:00pm with pre-show refreshments. There will also be an opportunity for questions and answers with the filmmaker after the showing. Tickets are $12.00 for general admission, and $10.00 for students and military (w/ ID).
