Come laugh, dance, and enjoy an evening with friends. Mark your calendar to be at the Riverfront Center for the Friendship House’s 13th annual Pig Roast. We will be entertained by The Bernie Alan Band featuring a mix of country-laced Cajun, rocking zydeco, old rock and roll, and Creole inspired music. The evening events will run from 6:00pm to 10:00pm, Friday, November 5th. Southern Creations will prepare a delicious Cochon de lait meal with all the trimmings. A silent auction will feature an assortment of wonderful gift items, beautiful artwork, deluxe services and many other tempting treats. Also, exciting door prizes will be given away, so plan on joining us for a great evening.

This is our biggest event of the year. We are busy getting ready for a great time with our community supporters. Our participants are the direct beneficiaries of this fundraiser. This fundraiser allows us to enhance the programs and services offered to all Friendship House participants.

Friendship House, a non-profit agency, is the only licensed adult day service center in Central Louisiana and serves those ages 18 and older who have some impairment but continue to live at home. Our trained professional staff and volunteers guide and assist our participants with daily recreational and enrichment programs and activities.

Tickets are $35 per person for general admission tickets with buffet service, or for take-out curb service. Reserved tables are available for $300, which includes seating for eight, and buffet service.
