The Sisters of Our Lady of Sorrows use the initials “OLS” to identify themselves as a religious family of nuns in the Catholic Church.  The OLS Cookie Jar is owned and operated by the Sisters of Our Lady of Sorrows, and was opened in 2004 by the Sisters to provide employment to some of the 20 clients—young adults with developmental disabilities—that reside at the OLS Community Homes.  The Sisters of Our Lady of Sorrows embrace the philosophy that all people have a right to grow and develop in an atmosphere which maximizes individual potential and recognizes dignity of risk.

At the OLS Cookie Jar, the Sisters and staff prepare a wide variety of baked goods.  Cookie varieties range from traditional Chocolate Chip and Sugar to Snickerdoodle and Chocolate Dipped Peanut Butter.  These delicious cookies are available as part of a unique Cookie Basket, which features 1 to 2 dozen cookies of your choice.  In addition to their wide selection of cookies, the OLS Cookie Jar also offers brownies, lemon squares, cream cheese bars, mini-cheesecakes, cinnamon rolls, breads and muffins.  Pecans can be added to any order!

With a minimum $10.00 order, delivery is available within a 15-mile round trip radius for just $5.00.  Orders of over $100 are delivered for free!  Out of town customers can also enjoy delicious treats from the OLS Cookie Jar via extended delivery (within 30 miles roundtrip) or overnight shipping, which ensures freshness.
