The Rapides Symphony will feature music of three composers that were composing at almost the same time in the mid to late 1800’s–Robert Schumann, Peter Tchaikovsky, and Johannes Brahms. The concert will feature cellist Adalus Low Manzini, violinist Emily Owens and will be guest conducted by Franz Schottky. A pre-concert “Listen Up” presentation will begin at 6:45pm in the CSPAC lobby.
