Col. Katrina Lloyd of the Louisiana National Guard will serve as Grand Marshal of the parade that begins at Peabody Magnet High School and ends at the Alexandria Riverfront enter. The celebration that follows will feature Keith Frank and the Soileau Zydeco Band live at the Amphitheatre.
