Great Strides is the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s largest fundraising event, and Rapides Regional Medical Center is a sponsor. Each year, more than 125,000 people nationwide participate in hundreds of walks to support the Foundation’s mission to cure cystic fibrosis and raise awareness for this rare, genetic, life-shortening disease that makes it difficult to breathe.
