C. Errol Barron, Jr. is the pre-eminent master of architecture as well as historical architecture in Louisiana, the former renown professor of architecture at Tulane and the author of four nationally-known books on Louisiana architecture. Errol, a local hometown hero, is returning to Alexandria/Pineville to tour for the very first time the “old” Pineville City Hall building that his father designed and built in 1931.
