Riddle III, the District Attorney in Avoyelles Parish, will tell us about his monumental biography of Henry Waddell, 19th century District Attorney, the man who freed the enslaved freeman Solomon Northup of “Twelve Years A Slave” fame.  Everyone is invited; you don’t have to be an author to attend!
