Charlotte Harper has been a volunteer since March, 2010. She has a degree in Human Resources, specializing in Psychology/Sociology, and is currently the Director of Easter Seals. Charlotte’s special skills and qualifications are interviewing and public relations, as well as working with children and adults. She has much experience working with victims of domestic violence, hospice patients, and those who are developmentally delayed and disabled.

Charlotte’s interests and hobbies are gardening, reading and writing poetry, and photography. Charlotte stated she “has always had a passion for helping others and has been fortunate to work in the care-giving and human services fields.”  She is currently appointed to her first CASA case.
