CASA Volunteer Bonnie StokesBonnie Stokes has been a CASA Volunteer since November, 2009.  She enjoys college football with her family and is a die-hard LSU fan. She also is an avid reader.  Bonnie has good communication skills with children and states she has been fortunate to have worked with children in camps, schools, churches and even in overseas settings. She has also taught Pre-K for several years.

Bonnie feels a strong urgency to work and advocate for children. Being a CASA volunteer has allowed her the opportunity to be the voice for children who need an advocate. Bonnie says, “My hope is that in working with CASA, I can be the one who listens to the children.” She is currently serving children in 2 cases, with great dedication.
