Alana graduated in May 2010 and is currently working on her first case with three young children. Alana is originally from Wisconsin and moved to Louisiana in 2007. She works as a Compliance Office and Internal Auditor at Heart of Louisiana Federal Credit Union. Alana is very active in her church and is currently the Nursery Director. She is married and has four children.

Alana says, “I want to help the community where I raise my children. I want to show the children that have no hope that there is hope and that with patience and persistence, everyone can make a difference.” The children in the CASA program are fortunate to have advocates like Alana on their side.
