They say that “breakfast is the most important meal of the day”, and we at A Perfect Fit Foundation believe that that perfect fitting shoes provide an important foundation for a child’s education. Taking the best of both worlds this year, A Perfect Fit Foundation and La Capitol Federal Credit Union will host a Perfect Pancake Breakfast on Thursday, November 18th from 9:00am until 1:00pm. Perfect for breakfast, brunch or lunch, the benefit breakfast will include a short stack of homemade pancakes, delicious syrup, sausage and a beverage.
A Perfect Fit Foundation was founded in 2006 in memory of Jerry Harp, who spent a lifetime making sure generations of Central Louisiana citizens enjoyed the comfort and support of properly fitted shoes. 100% of all funds raised go directly toward the purchase of well-fitted, quality, uniform-approved shoes for underprivileged school children. All too often, the cost of providing shoes for these students is being met by our already overburdened teachers. This year’s benefit breakfast will help provide shoes to students right here in Rapides Parish, where we already have over 1,000 students in need!
Tickets for the breakfast are just $7.00, including free delivery in the Alexandria/Pineville area for group orders of 15 or more.
