Pelican State Cheese and Garlic Toast



2oz Mayonnaise
3oz Grated Parmesan Cheese
4oz Butter
¼tsp Garlic Powder (or One Finely Chopped Small Garlic Clove)
¼tsp Paprika
2 Drops Hot Pepper Sauce (or To Taste)
1 Loaf French Sourdough Bread, Sliced In ¼ Inch Slices (Use Electric Knife for Even Slices)

Mix all ingredients until smooth, except bread. Toast bread slices under broiler, turn over and spread mixture generously on untoasted side.  Broil again until golden brown. Serve hot and crispy.  Note: serve with soup, or with hot cream cheese and spinach dip.
